Scam Complaints

Maybe you just heard of Dubli and you want to know whether it is for you. Maybe you are just a prudent investor that wants to make sure your purchase of a Dubli membership will actually pan out for you. Or, maybe this is the first time you have ever heard of Dubli and want to know what the heck it is. Whatever the case, it is very important to understand that while Dubli has, perhaps inevitably, received some negative attention, it is anything but a scam.

Dubli got its start as a reverse auction platform similar to Quibids or Beezid. In that iteration of Dubli, one would buy tokens, then use those tokens to bid on products. That would allow one to purchase items at extremely discounted rates (think of the ads you have probably seen talking about Apple iPads for only $50). While the reverse auction systems were quite popular for several years (several still exist today), Dubli decided to change its business model entirely.

Under its new system, Dubli’s users are able to search for products through its online platform. When the user finds a product or service they want to purchase through the Dubli platform, they get a rebate based on their membership level. Dubli offers three membership tiers: free, premium, and VIP. Each offers a different rebate rate for products purchased through their service, and the paid memberships offer additional benefits like a prepaid debit card, customer referral program, and various entertainment benefits.

Unfortunately, the reaction to Dubli has not been entirely positive. The company experienced a few growing pains as it shifted from one format to the other, and many believe this means the company is not a legitimate operation. Obviously, suspicion always follows “make money online” systems, as well, regardless of how straightforward they may be. The fact that you are reading this article probably means you are a prudent shopper who likes to know what you are getting yourself into before you cough up a bunch of money. That is a very good thing. So, if in doubt about Dubli, you should read reviews, investigate this type of product, and see if Dubli is right for you.

On the bright side, unlike many similar systems, Dubli does not require an upfront buy in to take advantage of its program. The free membership allows you to access its 4000+ vendors and receive rebates, albeit at lower rates than the paid memberships. Still, with a small adjustment to your shopping habits, you could easily begin getting hundreds of dollars in exclusive Dubli rebates free of charge. If you like it, and you want to see about getting the higher payouts and taking advantage of the other benefits, you can upgrade after you have gotten your toes wet with the free membership.

A scam system just wants to get its hands on your money as quickly as possible before you catch on so it can make as much money as possible. So, a system like Dubli that lets you try it out for free, that invites you to conduct your own research, and that rewards you with cash just for using it is pretty clearly the opposite of a scam. Indeed, if it were nothing but a scheme to separate people from their money, Dubli would not have been around for so many years, have so many users, or have partnerships with so many retailers. If you want to make money back for buying the very same products and services you were going to buy anyway, often at a discounted price, do your research. At the end of the day, you will no doubt agree that Dubli must be good!
